Plantar Fasciosis
Commonly called plantar fasciitis. Pain in the heel of the foot is often misdiagnosed and undertreated.
Symptoms of foot pain often involve:
Pain in the heel and arch of the foot
Difficulty with the first few steps in the morning or after sitting for a while
Tension in the calves
Pain with barefoot walking
Pain with standing or walking for long periods of time
Limitations in walking and lifting as needed for life or work tasks
