Most people with neck pain experience some form of shoulder, arm, or head symptoms concurrently. These symptoms can be mechanical (due to poor posture and movement of the neck and shoulders), muscular, nerve, or joint related.

Common neck and shoulder dysfunction symptoms include:

  • Headaches/migraines

  • Shoulder pain

  • Upper back pain

  • Shoulder blade pain

  • Pain that refers down the arm

  • Numbness or tingling down the arms

  • Weakness of the shoulders and arms

  • Tension in the upper back and shoulders

My goal with treating neck and shoulder pain is to identify the root cause of the symptoms by addressing the interregional dependence of these areas. No stone is left unturned when it comes to finding the source of your symptoms!
